Australian Music Sensation Brad Cox Comes To Griffith Regional Theatre
Aussie music sensation Brad Cox brings his solo tour Yarns and Yodels to Griffith.
Inspired by the 50-or-so sold out solo shows performed during lockdown,Aussie music sensation Brad Cox will take to the Griffith Regional Theatre stage on June 1 with his Yarns and Yodels show.
He will perform bloved favourites, young and old, and perhaps encourage a few laughs from the crowd.
Theatre manager, Marg Andreazza said unlike the Brad Cox full band rock show, the Yarns and Yodels show offers an intimate and up-close experience showcasing his versatility as an artist.
Fans can look forward to a rich and diverse showcase if Brad’s talent, spanning from upbeat country pop to moving piano ballads.
More than just a musical journey, Brad’s performances are infused with his distinctive and humorous storytelling.
This combination promises not only a much loved singalong, but a bloody good laugh.
Brad said the concept for the Yarns and Yodels show was born out of the pandemic.
“After stripping back the show to an acoustic sit-down, solo setting during lockdown I fell in love with the format again,” Brad said.
“It forced me to relearn songs and perform them as they were written.
“Me, a bottle of wine and the shits with the world - that’s the formula for good songs.”
Brad Cox will perform his solo Yarns and Yodels at Griffith Regional Theatre on June 1 at 7:30 pm.
