Casual Sax is just what your wedding needs

Casual-Sax

You may remember them from Griffith’s own Kiss My Brass, but the duo has moved on and now calls themselves Casual Sax.

They have a wealth of musical experience between them and are both passionate about providing top quality music to suit every occasion, including your dream wedding.

Suellen Roberts started singing in the school choir and soon moved onto solo performances before joining the well-known Griffith band Kiss My Brass when she was just 16 years of age. She spent 15 years with them and learnt a wide range of new music while honing her craft.

Since then she has performed in pubs and clubs, community events and weddings across the local area, sometimes solo and sometimes accompanied by her sisters.

At one time she worked with her sister Melinda as It’s A Girl Thing.

Now she performs alongside saxophonist Lynda Medcalf, who plays both Alto and Tenor sax, just to keep things interesting.

Lynda spent 20 years with Kiss My Brass but started playing from age 12 within the school band system.

If you are looking for something a little special, and very unique, Casual Sax might just be the ticket.
