Director at Cater & Blumer Mark Blumer and Griffith Regional Theatre Manager Marg Andreazza celebrate their partnership in bringing the community production of Mamma Mia to the stage next year.

Griffith law firm Cater & Blumer has partnered with the Regional Theatre to present Mamma Mia to the community in 2025.

As the naming sponsor, they will lend their support to produce the event.

Griffith Regional Theatre Manager Marg Andreazza said she was grateful for their ongoing support heading into the production of the community musical.

“We are so pleased to partner with Cater & Blumer on this event,” Ms Andreazza said.

“Cater & Blumer have had a long association with the Theatre, and it’s great to have their name up in lights again,” she said.

Ms Andreazza said the costs of staging the musical were significant, and while ticket sales would help cover the costs, having local businesses sponsor it would allow them to really ramp up the marketing of the event and ensure they could source a great set and costumes to make the production look amazing.

“Having sponsors partner with the Theatre for events provides a connection with members of the community who may not otherwise attend the Theatre,” Ms Andreazza said.

“Businesses can offer tickets and hospitality benefits to their staff and clients adding value to their business.

“Griffith businesses are so generous with the support of local events, and the Theatre is no exception.

“Businesses have always been very generous coming on board with our local productions, whether it’s supporting a family member or employees in the cast, or just wanting to get behind a great community event.

“And they love the access to tickets and hospitality benefits that sponsorship provides as well as the promotional opportunities for their business.”

Director at Cater & Blumer Mark Blumer emphasised the positive impact of supporting initiatives such as the community theatre productions.

“We support community theatre because of its real value to our community,” Mr Blumer said.

“It provides an opportunity for local people in our region to perform and for others to enjoy the performances.

“It brings people together.”

Other businesses interested in jumping on board and sponsoring the event are invited to check out the theatre’s website or contact the Box Office 6962 8444.
