Don’t miss the opportunity to win a voucher, get your shopping done at one of Griffith’s Glow2680 Star Businesses by Tuesday, December 22.

It has been another outstanding success this year, but Griffith City Council’s Star Shopper campaign is nearing its close.

Shoppers have until Tuesday, December 20 to shop in-store at any of the Star Businesses, easily identified by the Glow2680 Star Business Sticker.

After spending $15 or more (one entry per spend) at one of the participating stores all you need to do is fill out the in-store entry form and wait until Thursday, December 22 to learn if you are one of the lucky voucher winners.

Shoppers have flocked to local retailers for a chance to win a $500 voucher or one of five $100 vouchers this year.

Last year saw more than 15,000 entries and this year is well on track to exceed all expectations.

Griffith City Mayor, Doug Curran said the aim was to increase participation and engagement between Council, business and the community and to help invigorate the economy.

“We had a huge response this year with more than 41 local retailers registering to be a Star Business,” Mayor Curran said.

This Campaign is part of our wider Glow2680 promotion and I think it has been a win for everyone.

“The program has allowed Star Businesses to generate more at their favourite registered business.

“The promotion will end next Tuesday, December 20, so I encourage you to look out for that star nad get all your last minute Christmas shopping done to be in the chance to take home a voucher.”
