Independent Member for Murray Helen Dalton encouraged people looking to embark on a new career to take up the excellent learning opportunities offered at TAFE NSW.
“Key industries have seen a massive growth in demand,” Mrs Dalton said.
“TAFE is offering courses for in-demand careers such as nursing, early childhood education and care, as well as vineyard operations.”
TAFE campuses in the Murray electorate include Griffith, Leeton, Hay, Finley and Deniliquin.
“TAFE is the top training body in New South Wales, and qualifications from TAFE are a game-changer for school leavers, job seekers, people looking to upskill and those wanting to start new businesses and careers,” Mrs Dalton said.

Minister for Skills, TAFE and Tertiary Education Tim Crakanthorp said with Semester 2 about to begin, now was the time to discover the range of opportunities at your local TAFE NSW campus.
“TAFE NSW has hundreds of courses to choose from across a range of modern industries to help you gain a nationally recognised qualification in your area of interest,” Mr Crakanthorp said.
“This includes the different study options to suit your needs, such as online and face-to-face study.”
