Griffith City Library Celebrates Seniors Festival

Griffith City Library has arranged three events to celebrate the city’s seniors.

A free, fun digital skills session introducing seniors to online shopping will take place from 10 am on Tuesday, March 12.

Morning tea is provided, so bookings are required.

Participants are asked to let staff know if they need a laptop to use for the workshop.

Later the same afternoon, a classic PG-rated film of mystery and romance will be shown from 2 pm.

Again, bookings are required, so if you would like to join a retired jewel thief, living in high style on the Riviera, find out the identity of a copycat whose wave of new jewel heists could just be pinned on him, register your interest early.

Why not try your hand at watercolour painting with Michelle Harpley on Wednesday, March 13 from 10 am.

Bookings are also required for this artistic workshop.
