Griffith City Library Takes Care Of Holidays

The Griffith City Library has organised a series of activities to keep the kids entertained over the school holidays.

What: Lego Room
When: Monday to Friday, April 15 to 19, from 10 am to 4 pm
Where: Griffith City Library Lego Room
Details: Children can let their imaginations take flight in the Lego room, with endless building possibilities.

What: Teddy Bears Picnic
When: Tuesday, April 16 at 10 am
Where: Memorial Park
Details: Take your teddy bear and picnic blanket and listen to some stories followed by a craft activity. Children can enjoy some fairy bread and teddy bear biscuits for morning tea. Parental supervision is required at all times.

What: Drop-In Craft Session
When: Wednesday, April 17, from 10 am to 12 noon
Where: Griffith City Library
Details: Drop in any time between 10 am and 12 noon and create a “puffy pillow” star using butcher paper, paints, glue and glitter.

What: Drop-in Craft Session
When: Thursday, April 18, from 10 am to 12 noon
Where: Griffith City Library
Details: Drop in any time between 10 am and 12 noon and create a colourful milk carton elephant. Bring a 3L milk carton. There will be limited numbers available.

What: Soft Play Area
When: Tuesday to Friday, April 22 to 24, from 10 am to 12 noon
Where: Griffith City Library
Details: Suitable for ages 0 to 8 years. Parental supervision is required at all times.

What: Nintendo Room
When: Tuesday, April 22 to Sunday, April 26, from 10 am to 4 pm
Where: Griffith City Library
Details: Visit the library and do some gaming with your friends.

Bookings are not required for the school holiday activities.
