Griffith Swimming Club Carnival A Success

The Griffith Swimming Club long course meet was held last Saturday.

Athletes and their supporters travelled from Narrabeen, Canberra, Ginninderra, Telopea, Bathurst, Nyah Two Bays, Swan Hill, Mildura, Parkes, Finley, Jerilderie, Junee, Coleambally, Hay, West Wyalong, Young, Leeton Yanco, Yass, Deniliquin, Tumut and Wagga Wagga to join Griffith swimmers in the 34 races.

There was great feedback from travellers on the meet coordination and new facilities.

The Club looks forward to holding major regional and State level carnivals over the next few years.
