Residents are invited to have their say on the style, colours, layouts and elements to bring Coleambally’s Brolga Place Upgrade to life.

With the $2.4 million revamp of Brolga Place nearing completion, Murrumbidgee Council is seeking public input into the style and location of the street furniture and other aesthetic elements to be installed in the newly upgraded area.

Murrumbidgee Council General Manager, John Scarce said he was hoping for lots of feedback from the community about the street furniture and other elements they would like to see in the street.

“We are keen to work with residents and business people to create a community hub with a fresh look and feel that everyone can enjoy,” Mr Scarce said.

“With the structural improvements complete, it is a blank canvas, with everyone able to provide their views on the style, colours, layout and elements that will be incorporated into the area.”

The Council has made it easy for everyone to provide their feedback by creating an online survey which is available on the website and Facebook page and paper copies are available at all offices.

“By providing feedback, people can help create a functional and beautiful public space that everyone can enjoy and be proud of.”

The survey closes on Tuesday, February 20.
