Hunky Dory Is Back And Open

Written by: The Griffith Phoenix

Bring the kids along for a great playfest at Hunky Dory.

After what seemed a long (too) time with the COVID-19 restrictions, Hunky Dory opened its doors to a crowd who sorely missed the playground.

It was one of the many, many businesses impacted by restrictions during NSW’s shutdowns.

Hunky Dory is a retreat for children (and perhaps respite for parents?) to break up the normal playground games.

Parents and families can catch up over a cup of coffee and lunch in the cafe too. Jody has been owner and business manager of the play centre for three years, and says her staff were super excited to see the doors open after restrictions were lifted.

They were thrilled to see the happy faces of the community again, she said. They enjoyed a bumper scholl holiday season

The team wash down play equipment down daily to ensure its safe and hygienic environment for kids.
