Internationally Recognised Author Visits Griffith City Library

Griffith City Library welcomes award-winning Aussie crime fiction author Chris Hammer to talk about his latest release The Seven.

Drinks and nibbles will be available from 5:45 pm on Friday, April 12 with the official event beginning at 6 pm.

Chris’ work has been recognised nationally and internationally, especially his first fiction novel Scrublands, which was named Sunday Times UK Crime Novel of the Year 2019, won the prestigious UK Crime Writers’ Association John Creasey New Blood Dagger Award and has been turned into a four-part series that is screening on Stan.

His current award-winning series features homicide detectives Nell Buchanan and Ivan Lucic - Treasure & Dirt/Opal Country; The Tilt/Dead Man’s Creek; and now The Seven/Cover The Bones.

Collins Booksellers will be on hand with books available to purchase at the event.
