What do you like about working here? Liaising with customers, booking jobs, helping everyone with their upcoming service needs. We go out onsite and check jobs are on track. Keeping customers happy. I like to meet new people. We’re a small business, with a really glued together team. My title is just a title. If I need to sweep a floor, I sweep a floor. It’s your own destiny. I’ve been in the trade for 30 odd years. Basically, our customers are our bosses. It’s a caring business, our customers are not just a number to us.
How long do you think you’ll stay? Until I retire.

What do you like about working here? It’s easygoing and they’re good to work for. I get to do a variety of work with machines.

What do you like about working here? It’s easygoing. We’ve got a good team environment. Working in a small team where we all know each other and we can have a bit of a joke and no-one gets offended. There’s a lot of flexibility in this job as well.
