How long have you lived in or around the Griffith area and what do you like about living here?
Four months, not long. I love the easy living. It’s calm. It’s a nice change from Sydney. You can get a lot done.
Where do you work and what do you like most about your work?
Griffith Performing Arts Centre. I love teaching the kids and I love seeing them progress. I like that they’re happy and gaining skills and confidence. I feel that if they’re happy I’m doing a good job.
What do you do to unwind after work or on weekends?
I love watching TV. I love relaxing on the lounge with a glass of wine.
If you could have a superpower what would it be and why?
Time travel. I’d like to go ‘back in the day’ and see what it was all about, see my grandparents. That would be nice.
What advice would you give to your 13-year-old self?
Enjoy life because it goes fast.
Tell us about your best holiday ever.
I used to work on cruise ships. I travelled for three years, did a world cruise. I got to perform and I got to travel, two things I love.
What makes your day?
My family and friends. Seeing them happy, I’m happy.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.
I have to cook, and it’s a new thing I like to do. Plus, I just got married and someone’s got to do it.
