Murrumbidgee Shire Gets Ready For ANZAC Day

Murrumbidgee Shire Council has announced the ANZAC Day service arrangements for the electorate.

A Dawn Service will be held at Coleambally on Thursday, April 25.

People are asked to gather at John McInnes Square at 5:45 am for a 6 am start.

Jerilderie locals will also gather for a Dawn Service at Jerilderie Cenotaph for a 6 am start.

The RSL will provide a free light breakfast following the service in the Gilbert Room of the Civic Hall.

Marchers will meet at 9:45 am to walk to the cenotaph where the 10 am main service will take place.

Darlington Point marchers will meet at the Post Office at 10:45 am to walk to the cenotaph where they will commence the main service at 11 am.
