New Tourism Website For Griffith Unveiled

Griffith residents should prepare themselves for an influx of potential visitors to our fair city thanks to the brand new Visit Griffith website - www.visitgriffith.com.au.

The site features a modern, user-friendly design to help the end user find all the infomration they need about Griffith in one easy location. Griffith Mayor, Doug Curran said Griffith was a bustling, vibrant, multicultural city with diverse, rich and authentic experiences which have been translated thruogh the website design.

“The website is mobile-friendly and has some new and exciting features such as the Trip Plannerw hich allows people to plan their visit, links to accommodation venues, local cafes and restaurants, suggested itineraries and much more,” Mayor Curran said.

“We want visitors to be able to navigate through the site and ensure they can find all relevant travel guidance and information before and during their visit.”

An important feature of the site integrates the listings from the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) to ensure consistent delivery of information across all platforms.

“If you are a local eatery, accommodation house or have a product that you think would be appealing to Griffith’s visitors, make sure you list it on ATDW so it can be available on our Visit Griffith website,” Mayor Curran said.
