Oh, how those cookies crumble

Natasha Towers has been baking cupcakes, macarons and cookies professionally for the past two years.

She had become a chef, but it was her love of baking that had her starting her own business BakeRepeatEat two years ago.

“I just love baking,” Ms Towers said.

“Eventually, I’d like to get a cookie van.” Ms Towers regularly takes her delicious cookies on the road to various markets and a van would make things a lot easier, essentially removing the ordeal of setting up and packing away each time.

With a couple of youngsters to look after, Ms Towers currently operates her business from home.
