PinnacleHPC has been selected as one of the 10 regional businesses situated in Australia to take part in the Career Revive Initiative which is about supporting regional employers to attract and retain women returning to work after a career break.

As a proud participant, PinnacleHPC is aiming to continue to remove all potential barriers for not only women seeking to re-enter the workplace but for all our existing female team members.

Our corporate culture is all about work life balance and we want to continue to attract talented women wanting to either change career paths or re-enter the workforce by providing a supportive framework where they can mix work with outside per-sonal or family pursuits.

Programmes like the Career Initiative assists PinnacleHPC to deliver programmes that enhances our diverse and inclusive culture, provides growth and learning opportunities to current and future female employees and of course lends to being an employer of choice.

One of the first achievements for our Career Revive Committee has seen the establishment of a PinnacleHPC ‘personal room’. The dedicated Personal Room is available to all team members if they require some personal space during their workday.
