Elle’s aim is to capture your dog in all of their glory in a natural, outdoor setting. To show the true personality of your dog; their quirks, their favourite toy, their favourite activity. Capturing the special connection you share with your dog, in a way that is comfortable and true to you.

Capturing moments in time that, when you look back on them in years to come, remind you of exactly how you felt in that moment, with your best canine mate.

“I’ve always adored dogs,” Elle said.

“It has been two and a half years since I lost my heart dog.”

“I’d had her since I was 18. She was there through everything with me; the stress of a uni degree, moving to a new town, starting a new job, in a new career. She was even there when I became a mum.”

About two weeks before her dog was scheduled to be put to sleep, Elle had photos taken with her dog.

“The process was beautiful,” she said.

“I still look at the photos everyday. I am so grateful that I have these images, to remember my girl by.”

Elle aims to provide other people with the same beautiful memories.

“Anyone who is a dog lover will know they don’t live near long enough.” To have the memories and keepsakes in the form of photographs is a spark of genius.

“I’ve always loved photography,” Elle said.

After becoming disenchanted with her role as a nurse, Elle embarked on a new path. She studied photography, learning about light, composition and understanding her camera. Then came Rogue Paws Photography.

“I am just so passionate about the service that I offer,” Elle said.

“It really is the best feeling in the world hearing clients tell you the images you provide mean more to them than they can express.”

“That’s what it’s all about for me.”
