The Robertson Brothers return to Griffith on Friday, May 10 with songs and stories from the giants of the 60s music scene, including tunes from Johnny Farnham.

The ever-popular Robertson Brothers are returning to Griffith with their all new Variety TV show - live on stage.

Geoff and Ben Robertson and special guests have been visiting Griffith for many years and remained as popular as ever.

This year’s show, on Friday, May 10, will feature songs and stories from the giants of the 60s music scene - the Monkees, the Beach Boys, Peter, Paul and Mary, Frankie Valli, The Everley Brothers and as a new to their show - music from Johnny Farnham.

Theatre Manager, Margaret Andreazza said they were looking forward to welcoming the Robertson Brothers back again.

“Their show is such an entertaining night of music and laughter, and the Griffith audience just love it - it’s like welcoming back old friends,” Ms Andreazza said.

The performers use cameras on stage to film elements of the show which are then shown to the audience as if they were watching it on a 1960s variety TV show.

This adds another element of nostalgia to the show as people remember the glory days of the evening variety shows, with themselves becoming the live studio audience.

“Our audience love the music of the 60s and tickets are selling fast, so if you want to see one of the best shows of the year, get in soon or you’ll miss out,” Ms Andreazza said.

“With an optional Dinner Package at Limone available before the4 how, patrons can make it a great night out with dinner and a show.”

Tickets are available at www.griffithregionaltheatre.com.au or by visiting the Box Office or calling 6962 8444.
