Strap On Your Skates For A Fun Roller Disco

Lace up your skates and get ready to roll with the ConnectYOUth2680 Glow Roller Disco on Thursday, July 13.

Members of Griffith Youth Advisory Group (YAG) are excited to announce this free event scheduled for the school holidays.

Event coordinator, Lara Rossetto said it was just the latest event organised by the group to give local youth another activity to look forward to.

“Our main aim is to find events and activities that we think our community will enjoy,” Ms Rossetto said.

“Whether you’re a seasoned skater, or first timer wanting to have a go, this event is for you.

“Come along to the Glow Roller Disco and enjoy a fun couple of hours with your friends.”

The free Glow Roller Disco will be held at the Griffith Regional Sports Centre.

Junior session (15 years and under) will take place between 4 pm and 6.30 pm with DJ Stefan Donadel while the senior session for 16 years and over will run from 7 pm to 9:30 pm and feature DJ Jack Moon.

Glow sticks, face painting and pizzas will be provided.

Children 10 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.

This event has been made possible thanks to funding from the Children and Young People Wellbeing Recovery Initiative - Large Grants (Regional NSW).
