Vanessa Panarella celebrates her mother and Sonder Hair & Co’s first two years in business.

Sonder Hair & Co’s owner and senior stylist Vanessa Panarella remembers the day she opened her salon doors two years ago.

“I’ll never forget the 1st May, 2019,” Ms Panarella said.

“It was my first day at Sonder, Mum took the day off to help me on my first day.

“She bought balloons, made cupcakes, made coffees and poured champagne for my clients.

“This strong, smart, and sexy woman does practically everything for me because that’s how my Nonna programmed her and also she loves it.

“I appreciate everything she does for me even though I hardly show it.” The past two years have flown, since Ms Panarella took the risk that turned out to be the best decision of her life.

“I feel very happy and blessed to be where I am today and I’d like to thank my beautiful clients, family and friends for supporting me,” she said.

“I have achieved so much in the last two years and couldn’t have done it without you all.”
