What Do Youth Want Next Holiday?
Murrumbidgee Council has engaged Totem Skateboarding to prolvide free workshops at past school breaks.
It feels like just yesterday that the kids were off school and enjoying themselves, visiting mates and getting involved in community activities, but Murrumbidgee Shire Council is already planning for the winter school break.
If you are between the ages of 12 and 24 and you have an idea or two about what you’d like to see or do when the winter break rocks around, send them through the mail@murrumbidgee.nsw.gov.au or message on the Council Facebook page before 5 pm on Thursday, May 18.
Past holidays have included free skateboard workshops, so take this opportunity to have your say about the types of activities and events you’d like to see - who knows, they may become a reality.
